Suddenly Slimmer Med Spa is looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and leadership-driven Lead Esthetician & Laser Technician to join our growing team.

✨ ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Lead Esthetician & Laser Technician , you will combine hands-on treatment responsibilities with leadership and operational oversight of our Esthetics, Laser, and Body Contouring departments.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient experiences while helping our team achieve clinical, service, and business goals.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform advanced aesthetic, laser, and body-contouring treatments
• Conduct consultations and develop customized treatment plans
• Maintain exceptional patient care, safety, and clinical standards
• Lead, mentor, train, and coach estheticians and laser technicians
• Conduct daily team huddles and participate in performance coaching
• Monitor team KPIs, productivity, sales, rebooking, memberships, packages, and retail
• Help drive patient retention and treatment-plan conversions
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Maintain accurate charting, documentation, and before-and-after photographs
• Oversee department inventory, supplies, and ordering
• Help maintain treatment rooms and departments to the highest standards
• Support front desk and overall spa operations during downtime
• Assist with events, promotions, training, and other growth initiatives
• Lead by example and help create a positive, accountable, high-performing team culture

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• A confident and experienced aesthetic professional
• Passionate about skincare, lasers, and medical aesthetics
• A natural leader who enjoys coaching and developing others
• Comfortable with sales, KPIs, and performance goals
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Professional, positive, reliable, and accountable
• Excellent at building relationships with patients and team members
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume medical spa
• Proactive and willing to jump in wherever needed
• Motivated by both patient results and business success

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Current Arizona Esthetics License
• Arizona Laser License (Arizona Department of Health)
• CoolSculpting Certification
• At least 3 years of previous medical spa or advanced aesthetics experience
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and patient consultations
• Strong sales and customer-service experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience required
