Exciting Opportunity for Seasonal Travel Registered Nurse - OR!

Job Description:


- Shift: 07:00 - 17:00
- Schedule: Saturday through Monday; rotating one additional weekday shift covering the third shift.
- Location: 501 E Hampden Ave, Englewood, CO 80113

Unit Overview:
- Number of Beds: 408 Bed Hospital
- Main OR: 14 ORs (including 1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, and 12 multipurpose ORs)
- Staffing: 60 FTEs
- Day Shift - 14-16 RNs, 14-16 CSTs, 2 Clinical Charge RNs
- Night Shift - 1 Clinical Charge RN, 1 OR RN, 1 CST (with call teams for Neuro, CVOR, and General)

Patient Ratios:
- 1:1

Equipment:
- Standard OR Equipment
- Stryker Video Systems
- EMR - Meditech

Hiring Profile:
- Must Have:
- Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care experience
- BLS & ACLS Certification


- Preferred Skills:
- Circulate and scrubbing experience
- Experience with Meditech

Typical Procedures:
- Angioplasty
- Appendectomy
- Biopsy
- Ortho/Spine

Unit Guidelines/Policies:
- On-call expectations: 2 twelve-hour call shifts and 3-4 evening call shifts per month
