At Weissman, we believe the next generation of talent is part of our legacy to the fashion industry. Our Summer Internship Program offers students meaningful, real-world experience inside a leading dance and performance apparel company. For more than 60 years, Weissman has brought creativity, innovation, and craftsmanship to the stage, translating inspiration from fashion, performance, and the runway into products worn by performers around the world. Over 10 weeks, interns work alongside professionals across our business, contributing to real projects and gaining firsthand exposure to how ideas move from inspiration and concept through design, development, marketing, and ultimately into the hands of our customers. Along the way, interns participate in professional development, networking, and experiences designed to broaden their understanding of both the fashion industry and the business behind it. We view our interns as more than summer team members. They are emerging professionals who will help shape what comes next. Our goal is to give them the experience, relationships, and opportunities to begin building careers of their own while bringing fresh perspectives and new ideas to ours. JOB TITLE Social Media Intern LOCATION On-Site (St. Louis, Missouri) RESPONSIBILITIES Create and schedule engaging posts for organic social campaigns Support paid campaigns by partnering with the marketing team and outside agency on boosting, targeting, and tracking result Assist with influencer partnerships, product coordination, and deliverable tracking Research trends, contribute ideas for social and video content, and engage with followers to build community Maintain brand voice across platforms while also supporting broader marketing efforts like email, SMS, and print PROGRAM QUALIFICATIONS Current college student or May 2027 graduate pursuing a degree related to the internship area Able to relocate to St. Louis, Missouri for the duration of the 10-week summer program Strong interest in fashion, apparel, or related industries with a desire to learn and grow professionally Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas and work effectively in a team environment Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to take on real-world projects in a fast-paced setting PROGRAM DATES IN ST.
