Kitchen Staff

We are looking for a reliable and efficient Full-Time Kitchen Staff Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing our fresh food offerings, maintaining a clean kitchen environment, and ensuring our customers get high-quality meals quickly. If you enjoy cooking, work well in a fast-paced environment, and want a consistent daytime schedule, we want you on our team! - Status: Full-Time - Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday - Hours: 9:00 AM -- 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities - Food Preparation: Prepare, cook, and package hot and cold food items (such as breakfast items, sandwiches, pizza, or roller grill items) according to store recipes and standards. - Kitchen Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and dishes throughout the shift to maintain health department standards. - Inventory Control: Monitor food levels, restock ingredients, and ensure items are properly rotated using the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method. - Food Safety: Follow all food handling, temperature tracking, and safety guidelines strictly. Qualifications - Must be 18 years or older (required to operate certain kitchen equipment). - Strong reliability and punctuality for the 9:00 AM start time. - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. - Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. - Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-40 lbs (for stocking supplies). - Must pass background check
