I am looking for a confident, strong, measured & well presented people who can bring a level of proficiency to the Business Manager position.
My clients are very proactive with their employees & together with a fantastic Team culture, they will provide ongoing training to ensure your Career within the organisation.
As an F&I BM you will be required to provide exceptional Sales/Service by processing all Loan & Insurance quotes available from the approved Accredited Lenders & proficiently prepare Finance Applications for purchased vehicles.
Followup on all submissions to facilitate Closure & exceed all Client expectations.
Various Dealerships;
Some Offer Sunday's Off & others will rotate a weeknd off as required
5 Day Weeks
Car (FBT payable) OR Allowance
Base Negotiable for the Right Person
About You;
Previous F&I Business Manager experience
Automotive Dealership experience preferred
Proven track record of achieving targets
Excellent Negotiation & Communication Skills required
High attention to detail & Organised
Accredited/Certified & Qualified
Base Salary Negotiable + Super + Car or Car Allowance + Uncapped Commissions $170K+
