Assistant Soccer Coach

Coach, Assistant Girls Soccer - 0.5 FTE - WHS West Linn-Wilsonville School District is seeking two 0.5 FTE assistant coaches for the Girls Soccer team, starting on August 17, 2026. Position Summary Quality teacher and coach in developing skills and strategies of competitive high school soccer. A coach who values the education-based philosophy in actions and behavior. One who is willing to collaborate with coaching staff and other staff members of the school. Work with the head coach in developing skills, techniques, and strategies for competitive soccer; monitor student development and academic progress. Expect to value education-based athletic programs and promote an overall quality athletic program for student‑athletes and the community. Ideal candidates will possess the following: Prior high‑school coaching experience (preferred but not required) College playing experience (preferred but not required) Dedication to the positive development of the person as well as the player Excellent communication skills Be dependable, organized, punctual Availability to commit to an evening schedule 5 days a week during the season Completion of the annual online required trainings and other West Linn‑Wilsonville employment requirements Community and District Information The West Linn-Wilsonville School District is located within West Linn and Wilsonville, in the rural area of Clackamas County.
