Investment Funds Associate AttorneyA highly regarded national law firm is seeking an Investment Funds Associate Attorney to join its growing Florida practice in Miami or Palm Beach.This opportunity is ideal for an attorney interested in representing private fund sponsors, asset managers, family offices, and institutional investors in sophisticated fund formation and investment management matters.Ideal Background• 3–6 years of investment funds, private funds, or fund formation experienceExperience representing private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, or other alternative investment vehicles preferredExperience with fund formation, sponsor-side matters, co-investments, and related transactionsExperience drafting and negotiating limited partnership agreements, operating agreements, subscription documents, side letters, and related fund documentsExperience advising fund sponsors on regulatory and compliance matters is a plusStrong drafting, analytical, and communication skillsExcellent academic credentialsJ.D. from an ABA-accredited law school requiredFlorida bar admission required or ability to become admittedWhy This OpportunitySophisticated private funds and investment management practiceExposure to fund formation and sponsor-side transactionsDirect client interaction and meaningful responsibilityStrong mentorship and professional developmentPartnership-track opportunityCollaborative and entrepreneurial cultureInterested?Aligned Talent Acquisition is currently working with firms seeking talented attorneys with this type of background.Even if you're not actively looking or aren't sure this opportunity is the right fit, let's connect for a confidential conversation.
