Convention Services Manager

As a Convention Services Manager, you will coordinate and execute group events from planning through completion, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and hotel departments, managing all logistics to ensure flawless meetings, conferences, and conventions. This role requires strong communication, organization, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Build excellent relationships with clients and hotel associates to ensure seamless turnover from sales to service back to sales. Create BEOs and group resumes, communicate client expectations to the hotel team, and maximize revenue opportunities by upselling and offering enhancements. Report to the Director of Sales (Director of Catering/CS). Work in conference services offers learning about the entire hotel, with pathways to catering, group sales, food & beverage, and hotel operations. Education & Experience A college degree or at least two years of hotel experience. Previous experience in a similar or related position. Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications. What You’ll Need to Succeed Eligible to work in the United States.
