Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the HVAC crew during installation, maintenance, and repair work on HVAC systems at construction sites. Lead HVAC service installation projects from start to finish, ensuring efficient and quality completion. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications to ensure accurate installation and maintenance of HVAC systems. Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment to keep jobs moving forward without delays. Utilize field technology such as tablets and service software for efficient project management. Troubleshoot and solve problems that arise during the installation process without waiting for direction. Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications. Hold crew members accountable for their work and ensure projects stay on track and within budget. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair in the construction industry. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and job‑site execution. Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead crews and hold them accountable. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt in the field without waiting for direction. Comfortable using field technology such as tablets and service software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging environments. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
