Responsibilities Make rounds to observe and evaluate the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents Prepare and administer medications as required Administer treatments Consult with physicians Communicate with the director of nursing and staff Job Requirements Long-term care experience preferred Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in MA Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills What We Offer Competitive hourly rate: $42 - $45 per hour Flexible scheduling Weekly and daily pay options available Ask about our weekend only package!
