Clinical Nurse Coordinator Cath Lab

Job Summary The Clinical Coordinator is responsible for supervising the daily activities of Cardio‑Vascular services to ensure quality patient care. The role coordinates staff efforts to meet patient and customer needs, provides expert knowledge and leadership, and educates team members within Cardio‑Vascular services. The Coordinator collaborates with the Cardio‑Vascular Team to develop educational programs, implement and maintain improvement processes, oversee QI/PI programs, perform chart audits for documentation, procedure billing, and risk reduction, and anticipate staffing needs based on department demands. The Coordinator also partners with the Director to develop and implement projects that enhance the quality of Cardio‑Vascular services.
