Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions across the organization. This role serves as a key resource for employees and management by helping to drive HR initiatives, maintain compliance, support employee relations, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate is highly organized, approachable, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and workplace matters. Support recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding. Facilitate new hire orientation and assist with employee training and development initiatives. Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant. Assist with benefits administration, enrollment processes, and employee inquiries. Support employee relations efforts by responding to concerns and partnering with leadership on resolutions. Coordinate performance management processes, employee engagement initiatives, and recognition programs. Assist with payroll-related activities, timekeeping, and personnel changes as needed. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. Generate HR reports, track key metrics, and support ongoing process improvement initiatives. Participate in special projects and provide administrative support for HR programs and initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 3+ years of Human Resources experience in a generalist or similar HR role. Working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and employee relations principles. Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, and performance management activities. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and HRIS systems. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
