IMAC Logistics Technician

Job Summary (List Format):
- Handle storage and distribution of IT devices inventory.
- Receive and verify deliveries of computer equipment.
- Store and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Perform quality checks on devices before distribution.
- Prepare and package devices for shipment and deployment.
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of devices to remote customers.
- Address and resolve any shipment or inventory issues.
- Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and RD (Remove, Dispose) of IT equipment daily.
- Use computers, software, and ticketing systems (such as ServiceNow) for inventory and communication.
- Collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good client relations.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate quick critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Utilize inventory management skills and technology proficiency.
