The Department of Plastic Surgery at our organization in Southern California is actively looking for board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeons to expand our team in response to significant growth in the area.

Ideal candidates will hold ABPS board certification or be board-eligible, having successfully completed residency training in an accredited plastic surgery program. We offer positions for surgeons with interests in various adult subspecialties, including microsurgery for breast and limb reconstruction, aesthetic and body contouring procedures, and complex wound management. Additional fellowship training in breast microsurgery or general microsurgery is preferred. We seek individuals with strong clinical abilities, a passion for research and innovation, and a commitment to teaching. The selected surgeon will join our Faculty Medical Group as a full-time faculty member, playing a vital role in educating our integrated plastic surgery residents and medical students while performing a comprehensive range of procedures within the specialty.

Our plastic surgery residency program has been a pioneer since its establishment in 1995, being one of the first five integrated residency programs approved, and has maintained continuous accreditation since its inception.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base compensation range is $350,000 to $450,000, adjusted based on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity bonuses and is subject to departmental compensation plans. Further details regarding compensation will be discussed during the recruitment process.
