Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide individualized pediatric occupational therapy services that support children in developing the skills needed for everyday activities, independence, and overall well-being. You will work closely with families and interdisciplinary team members to create meaningful progress and lasting impact in the lives of our clients. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify each child’s strengths, challenges, and therapeutic needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, daily living skills, coordination, and functional independence Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and consistent care Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes Educate families on therapeutic strategies and home programs to support continued development outside of therapy sessions Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient progress Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development and collaborative care planning Stay informed on current best practices and advancements in pediatric occupational therapy Qualifications Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist in good standing Experience working with pediatric populations, especially children with special needs, preferred Strong understanding of pediatric development, sensory integration, and therapeutic techniques Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment Knowledge of medical terminology and case management is a plus Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Work Location: In person Apply Today If you are passionate about helping children gain confidence, independence, and essential life skills, we would love to hear from you.
