Talent Acquisition Partner

Our client is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple North American locations while partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. In this role, you'll manage the hiring process from sourcing through offer acceptance, helping attract exceptional professionals across a variety of positions including technical and engineering talent. Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle recruitment for full-time, part-time, temporary, contract, and project-based positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other recruiting tools. Create and post compelling job advertisements to attract qualified talent. Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, and hiring manager feedback. Conduct background, reference, education, and employment verification checks. Prepare and extend employment offers while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on open positions and hiring progress. Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruiting initiatives as needed. Support HR projects and initiatives beyond recruiting when necessary. Qualifications: 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. At least 3 years of engineering recruitment experience is required. Experience recruiting in a fast-paced corporate environment across multiple locations. Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and online recruiting platforms. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills. Ability to evaluate technical and engineering qualifications with confidence. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple openings and competing priorities. Experience working with hiring managers and external recruiting vendors is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunter Sage
