Position Overview We are looking for a Bilingual Member Services Representative who is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our club members and staff at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. What You’ll Do: As a Bilingual Member Services Representative at Crunch, you’ll be the face of the club, creating a warm and welcoming environment for every member and guest. You’ll assist with membership sales, check-ins, and product promotions while delivering exceptional customer service and consistently meeting service level expectations. From answering phones and managing front desk operations to supporting club cleanliness and promoting programs like group fitness and tanning, you’ll ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This role also includes maintaining accurate procedures, supporting new member enrollments, and helping keep the club “grand-opening ready” every day. About You: You are an optimistic person that has a naturally persuasive style. You are good at communicating in a demonstrative instructional way, as you like to chit-chat when meeting others. You enjoy harmony within the workplace and prefer being the facilitator of information as opposed to the resident technical resource. You are energetic and like variety when it comes to doing multiple tasks. Your communication is loaded with details and delivered in quick bursts. You prefer things being tidy, done correctly and being put away in their proper place. You require direction, rules and structure in your format. Once you become familiar with a process, you will tend to become more comfortable and develop your skills and decisions based on history. Responsibilities: Assist in the development and fitness expertise of all Crunch team members Meet both new client acquisition and existing client retention targets for the club Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience through demonstrating, coaching, and guiding with the goal of acquiring personal training clients Ability to generate personal training client leads and new clients for the team Counsel and guide members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness - Nutrition, Movement, Supplementation and Professional Assistance, in a manner consistent with their goals Ensure accurate administration of PT services including, but not limited to,dotFIT program and supplements, client programming, and progress tracking Isolate, align, and direct resources informed by KPIs & organizational priorities with PTM assistance Provide excellent customer service by responding to all member inquiries within 24 hours Report to the General Manager and Personal Training Manager on key results and action plans Attend all required meetings/trainings for PT staff Maintain accurate time clock and personal training session utilization records for proper labor controls and integrity Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire) Physical Requirements Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs Physical effort required for daily duties include prolonged standing and walking Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required Travel: PTO Subsidized health insurance coverage (health, dental, vision) for full time positions Basic Life and AD&D HSA Short-term disability Free gym membership Equality Employer UDT is an Equal Opportunity Employer, a drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
