Senior Informatica BDM Developer
Purple Drive
We are seeking a highly experienced Informatica BDM (Big Data Management) Developer with 10+ years of overall data integration experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Informatica BDM, ETL development, data warehousing, big data ecosystems, and enterprise-scale data integration solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of IT experience in Data Integration and Data Warehousing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica BDM (Big Data Management) .
- Expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and ETL development.
- Experience working with Hadoop ecosystem components such as HDFS, Hive, Spark, and Kafka.
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata.
- Experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL workflows and mappings.
- Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.
- Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting Informatica jobs.
- Ability to work in Agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Financial services or enterprise domain experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Informatica BDM solutions.
- Build and optimize big data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of data integration processes.
