This is a hands-on production supervision role with direct responsibility for safety, personnel management, KPI tracking, and workflow coordination on an alternating rotating shift schedule. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.ScheduleRotating shift schedule: 2 days, 2 nights, 2 off, 4 nights, 5 off. Candidates must live within 45 miles of the facility or be willing to relocate.Compensation$95,000 - $120,000 Per YearWhat You'll DoYou will supervise Converting department personnel across your assigned shift, overseeing day-to-day operations in coordination with the Production Manager to meet production targets and staffing requirements. That includes monitoring and managing KPIs and production goals, tracking workflow, and holding personnel accountable to performance standards within the facility's document management system.Safety leadership is a core expectation of this role. You will champion safety improvements across the facility, lead by example on the floor, and actively support the production team in maintaining a safe operating environment within the Converting department.
