COMPENSATION OVERVIEW:

• Competitive hourly pay with eligibility for monthly bonuses and commissions, and annual bonuses

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in insurance and financial services or record of strong high activity sales performance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Texas General Lines Agent Licenses Property & Casualty and Life, Health, Accident, & HMO - one strongly preferred
• Interview process requires completion of a skills assessment, background check, and drug screen.

As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member for Tyler Landry - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.
