Schedule

Shift could be 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM, or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM.

Assignment Details

Contract length and guaranteed hours will be discussed.

Requirements

Current LPN license.
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Monitor patient status and report any changes to supervising staff.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Compliance / Notes

Compliance requirements will be provided during the orientation process.
