About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing and Growth to join their leadership team and spearhead the U.S. marketing function. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and driving the integrated U.S. marketing and growth strategy, with a focus on brand, customer acquisition, retention, and e-commerce marketing. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in connecting marketing initiatives to commercial outcomes, particularly within a digitally led business. The Head of Marketing and Growth will be instrumental in shaping the company's marketing and growth strategy, leading a team of marketing professionals, and contributing to the overall business strategy. Applicants for the Head of Marketing and Growth position at the company should have approximately 8+ years of leadership experience in marketing, growth, brand, or related consumer disciplines, ideally within a DTC, e-commerce, or digitally led business. The role demands a candidate with a strong background in customer, brand, and positioning strategy, as well as a solid understanding of performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, and customer acquisition economics. Experience in developing go-to-market strategies for new products, categories, or markets is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead and develop a team, with a focus on coaching and raising the capability of team members. Strong analytical and commercial judgment, including in the areas of marketing measurement, budgeting, and investment allocation, is also a key qualification for this role.
