Heartline Staffing is now accepting applications for our August and September orientation classes at a Pennsylvania state-operated Intermediate Care Facility in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.

This six-month local contract supports adults ranging in age from 23 to 95 with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs. This is meaningful nursing work for experienced LPNs who are comfortable in a structured care environment and want consistent full-time hours.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Six-month local contract assignment
• Paid 4-week orientation before working independently
• Provide nursing care for approximately 250 adult residents ages 23-95
• Support residents with intellectual disabilities and behavioral health needs
• Administer medications, complete treatments, monitor resident conditions, and communicate changes to the care team
• Work alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team in a Pennsylvania state-operated Intermediate Care Facility
• August and September orientation classes now forming

COMPENSATION
• Local Pay: $37.00 per hour
• Paid 4-week orientation
• Overtime available after successful completion of orientation
• Overtime paid at $55.50 per hour (1.5x base rate)
• Weekly pay

SCHEDULE
• Full-Time
• Six-Month Contract
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM-10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM-6:30 AM
• Paid Monday-Friday Orientation

• Active Pennsylvania LPN License REQUIRED
• Previous LPN experience preferred
• Behavioral health, intellectual disability, dementia, long-term care, skilled nursing, or state facility experience helpful
• Must be comfortable working with adults who may display challenging behaviors
• Strong medication administration, communication, and teamwork skills required
• Must be able to complete all required state clearances and onboarding requirements
