Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Philadelphia, PA at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
Minimum experience providing outpatient physical therapy services. Experience with functional treatment programs, patient and family education, and documentation of goals, quality indicators, and letters of medical necessity.
Ability to complete accurate, timely medical record documentation and charge entry in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Must be able to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students when assigned.
Must be able to float to other clinic locations as required by the client.
Experience in outpatient clinic workflows and familiarity with safe patient handling and materials handling protocols.

Facility Type: Outpatient.
Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.
No new graduates; Candidate required to float to other clinic locations as needed.
