Join our team as a Prep Cook and be part of a dynamic and enthusiastic team that values quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Washing, cutting and chopping vegetables and meats and other meal preparationMaintaining a clean, sanitized and well-organized kitchen.Preparing workstations for cooking.Preparing and maintaining kitchen equipment.Checking the quality of the ingredients.Preparing cooking ingredients using various techniques.Managing storage by stocking all ingredients and orders.Requirements:Must have prior kitchen experience.Must be skilled in operating kitchen equipment.Must be skilled in various cooking techniques.Must know and follow sanitation procedures.Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 poundsMust showcase teamwork and communication skills.Must showcase great organizational skills.Must be able to multitask and act quickly.High School diploma or equivalent is preferredIf you are ready to showcase your talents and be a part of something special, apply now!Work schedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityDay shiftNight shiftHolidaysBenefits:Flexible schedule George and Gather
