About the Role We are seeking a Manufacturing Technician I to join our Production Operations team. This is a hands‑on assembly role focused on building precision equipment in a small, highly collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Perform electro‑mechanical assembly and sub‑assembly builds using hand tools. Follow detailed SOPs and written instructions step‑by‑step. Assemble components including wiring, cable routing, and mechanical parts. Conduct visual and functional quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency. Accurately document production data including serial numbers and build tracking in Excel. Maintain quality, safety, and 5S standards on the production floor. Identify and escalate quality, build, or process issues when needed. Support production flow and team goals in a fast‑paced environment. Work closely within a small team with frequent interaction and collaboration. Required Qualifications (MUST HAVE) High School Diploma or GED. 1+ year of manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience. Experience with hands‑on electromechanical assembly or similar. Ability to assemble or learn to connect electromechanical equipment. Interest in assembly (e.g., fitting circuit cards together, torquing screws, etc). Preference for hands‑on, mechanical, or repetitive building work. Ability to follow written instructions and SOPs with high accuracy and learn quickly. Comfortable with repetitive, structured work in a production‑line environment. Strong communication skills – clear interaction with a small, tight‑knit team. Good team fit/compatibility. Positive attitude and mindset; easy to work with. Coachability – open to feedback and willing to learn. Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel). Ability to perform basic Excel data entry (serial number tracking). Strong attention to detail and quality focus. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Must pass background check and drug screening. Warehouse Associate – Packing & Warehouse Support Location: Salt Lake City, UT Duration: 3‑Month W‑2 Assignment (possible extension and conversion) Schedule: Monday–Friday, standard day shift Pay Rate: $17–$18/hour Our role supports day‑to‑day warehouse operations, focusing on packing, box building, pallet breakdown, and maintaining a clean environment. What You’ll Be Doing Building boxes and preparing packing materials throughout the day. Packing equipment and materials carefully for safe shipment. Breaking down pallets and organizing materials in designated warehouse areas. Assisting with general warehouse organization and site cleanup. Supporting receiving and warehouse teams as needed. Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Following warehouse safety procedures and operational guidelines. What We’re Looking For Previous warehouse or packing experience. Comfortable performing repetitive packing and box‑building tasks throughout the day. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed. Reliable, detail‑oriented, staying productive during full shift.
