Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist - Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center

Job Summary Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s largest non‑profit healthcare networks, is looking for a Board‑Certified or Board‑Eligible Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the Department of Psychiatry at Morristown Medical Center. The position is located in the newly renovated outpatient office in Florham Park, New Jersey, and offers a 22.5‑hour work week with limited at‑home call and one paid weekend shift per month. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for children and adolescents. Provide ongoing follow‑up care and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate closely with clinicians and staff to improve patient well‑being. Provide cross‑coverage for clinical services, including adult patients when needed. Contribute to quality enhancement of psychiatric evaluations and treatments across the department. Qualifications Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry. Fellowship in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Licensed or eligible for licensure in New Jersey. Familiarity with federal and state standards for psychiatric care. Demonstrated success working individually and as part of a team. Salary & Benefits Salary range: $300,000 – $350,000, base salary only.
