Enterprise Data Center Manager

Salary: $98,000 - 138,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related STEM discipline.
• We are looking for 5 to 10 years of experience in data center operations or facilities leadership.
• We need strong technical knowledge of MEP infrastructure, DCIM tools, and server architecture.
• We value experience in incident handling, change control, capacity planning, and budget forecasting.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma are preferred, though not mandatory.
• The role may involve physical work such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing, and may require uniforms and PPE.

• We oversee the operation of servers, storage systems, and network hardware installations.
• We monitor power distribution, HVAC and cooling performance, backup generators, and overall plant health.
• We maintain rigorous SLAs, respond to incidents, and put disaster recovery measures in place to protect uptime and reduce risk.
• We lead, recruit, and coach shift technicians and administrative team members.
• We coordinate with external vendors, negotiate service agreements, and manage operating expenses.
• We enforce physical security standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• We support the reliable, continuous operation of mission-critical IT facilities to maintain business continuity.
