Our US client is a full‑service, tier‑one supplier, specializing in the design and production of lighting equipment, accessories, and electronic components. Their Ohio facility houses lighting and mold design, construction, production engineering, and dedicated associates in our Quality, Assembly, Sales, and Customer Service departments.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

This hybrid position will produce PWB. Operator role: Achieving quality and production goals. Technician role: Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting machine issues during production. Communicating downtime and quality concerns SMT Leadership and PEIII Group.

HOW YOU WILL QUALIFY:

Maintenance skills with basic hand tools and change over processes. Strong independent skills to assess quality issues and machine issues and make solid snap decisions. Adept time management skills to keep multiple machines producing to keep on production targets. Strong understanding of C.Core inventory processes. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Preferred Electronics manufacturing background. Preferred but not required IPC 610 certification. Preferred but not required LOTO certified.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Frequently required to work in confined spaces under and within production equipment. Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and kneeling. Must be able to safely position body to reach all equipment access points. Required to work overtime (unplanned and unscheduled) to meet customer deadlines and requirements.

HAZARDS:
