A few of the responsibilities include: Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and deliver acute and chronic care services within the scope of a Registered Nurse (RN) in a correctional setting. Manage medication administration, triage, and emergency response procedures in alignment with correctional healthcare standards. Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to accurately document patient care, treatment plans, and follow‑up in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a secure, structured environment—providing care that truly matters. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as an RN. Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1–3 years of experience in the correctional setting. Valid Registered Nurse license. Willingness to obtain Virginia licensure.
