As a Security Officer Front Desk Visitor Services in Brisbane, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal, you will be the welcoming presence at a commercial real estate location, supporting access control, visitor management, and security-related communications. You will provide exceptional customer service, maintain awareness of activity at the entrance, and help promote a professional environment. Pay Rate: $26.80 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
• Manage the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying access authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining accurate visitor records.
• Monitor access points, cameras, alarms, and other security-related systems from the reception area; report unusual activity or equipment concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as needed.
• Support a professional commercial office environment by directing guests, answering phones, receiving deliveries, and communicating relevant information to building management and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
