What You'll Be Doing as a Farmers Insurance Sales Producer

As part of our supportive and hands-on program, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow while making a real impact in your community. Here's what your role will look like:

Connect with Clients: Help individuals and families by recommending insurance plans that truly fit their needs.
Build Meaningful Relationships: Develop trust with clients and work toward long-term partnerships that benefit everyone.
Learn from a Mentor: Work one-on-one with an experienced agent who'll guide you through the ins and outs of running a successful agency.
Craft Insurance Solutions: Create personalized quotes, present coverage options, and help clients make informed decisions.
Follow Up with Warm Leads: Reach out to individuals who've already shown interest and help them explore the best options for their situation.
Understand Client Needs: Listen carefully, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions that offer real peace of mind.
Stay Organized: Keep track of conversations and opportunities in a simple customer database so no one slips through the cracks.
Share the Value: Explain our products and services in a way that's easy to understand and genuinely helpful.

Requirements:

Property & Casualty, Life & Health License Required (Currently have or be willing to obtain - We will cover the licensing costs)
Sales & management experience
Ability to manage a marketing pipeline
