Supervise, mentor, train, and support Residential Specialists while monitoring performance, compliance, and quality standards. Coordinate medical appointments, medication management processes, staff medication training requirements, and health-related documentation in partnership with the Program Coordinator. Conduct program oversight activities including safety inspections, fire drills, documentation reviews, incident management, regulatory compliance monitoring, and quality assurance audits. Assist with scheduling, on-call responsibilities, staff meetings, vehicle maintenance, household budgeting, consumer fund oversight, and communication with families, providers, and community partners. Who We're Looking For Compassionate Dependable Patient Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others QualificationsRequired: High School Diploma or equivalent One year of experience in human services or a related field Knowledge of and ability to work with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong attention to detail Ability to successfully complete required training programs and certifications Preferred: Experience in residential services, program coordination, or supervisory responsibilities Knowledge of medication administration practices, person-centered supports, and applicable regulations Schedule Full-Time Flexible scheduling based on program needs Weekend, holiday, and emergency coverage may be required Participation in an on-call rotation required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, walk, bend, and assist individuals as needed Ability to transport individuals and operate agency vehicles when required Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation About Our Organization Supportive Concepts for Families, Inc. is part of the Inperium family of companies.
