Deliver skilled therapy treatments and assess patient responses. Facilitate staff development and performance evaluations. Coordinate team activities, documentation, training, and schedules to meet business objectives. Promote continuous quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications Must hold a current state license as a PT, OT, or SLP. BLS (CPR) certification is required or must be obtained within 30 days of starting this role. A minimum of three years of experience in the relevant discipline. Active participation in the Therapy Clinical Ladder (when eligible) or possession of a specialty professional certification is preferred. Previous leadership experience is advantageous.
