Make a meaningful difference in the lives of high school and charter school students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). This contract opportunity offers a supportive environment, diverse caseload, and the chance to positively impact learners through the 2025-2026 school year.

You’ll help cover essential speech and language services as a long-term substitute, working alongside dedicated staff and administrators to ensure students receive the support they need. This is a part-time role, with an expected commitment of 20–25 hours per week, allowing flexibility for your schedule while still making a transformative contribution.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid state licensure as an SLP (including CCC and CFY) or SLPA
• School-based experience preferred, but strong clinical experience considered
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable providing services to high school and charter school age groups

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in small groups
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support IEP goals
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress notes as required
• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility/assessment processes
• Adapt therapy plans to diverse learning needs
