Assistant Store Manager in Training

The Buckle, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team and deliver the Buckle guest experience. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit teammates, and provide on-the-floor leadership in a fast-paced apparel environment. The AIT position progresses to an Assistant Manager role with higher responsibility, including training, coaching, and stepping in for the Store Manager when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Buckle, Inc.
