Location: Tallahassee, FL 32310

Salary: $29-$44/Hourly

Sign on bonus: Upto $15,000 Days / Upto $20,000 Nights

Relocation: Case by Case

Job Summary:
Seeking a dynamic Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide care for patients ranging from minor injuries to critically ill conditions. The role requires strong clinical judgment, multitasking, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Manage multiple cases and prioritize patient needs
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of recent ER or Critical Care experience
• Active RN license (or ability to obtain)
• Associate Degree or RN Diploma required
• BLS required prior to start
• ACLS, PALS, and Crisis Intervention certifications required within 90 days

Shifts:

• Days, Nights, or Mid shifts (rotating weekends)
