Personal Tutor - Safeguarding

Location: Remote Salary: Up to £33,000.00 Working Hours: 36.5 hours per week (Monday‑Friday) with flexible working options In this role, you will support and guide a caseload of learners throughout their level 3 safeguarding journey, providing high‑quality coaching from induction through to gateway and End‑Point Assessment. You will deliver engaging learning experiences using a blend of digital tools and varied teaching methods, ensuring every learner stays motivated, confident, and on track. As the role requires sector competence, you will draw on your background in areas such as CQC‑regulated settings, Ofsted‑aligned environments, Adult Care, or similar safeguarding‑focused sectors to contextualise learning and support apprentices effectively. Key Responsibilities Engage, motivate, and inspire learners to achieve their work‑based qualifications. Deliver innovative and impactful teaching and learning, tailored to the needs of each learner. Offer valuable feedback to stretch learners, enhance their professional development, and support them in achieving their full potential. Build and nurture strong relationships with employer partners, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Monitor and track learner progress using our sophisticated Learning Management System (BUD). Provide detailed feedback following review meetings, ensuring clear and actionable insights. Adhere to GDPR regulations and maintain data security protocols. So whilst you'll be doing a lot of great things with your learners, like managing them effectively to timely completion, there is a lot of these that as a PT with us you won't be doing. What you won't be doing in this role Delivering Functional Skills – our Functional Skills and Additional Learning Support Team handles that. Generating new learners – our growing BDM teams bring on all the learners we need so you can focus on progressing your learners to success. Enrolling learners onto their chosen qualification – this is all handled by our enrollment team. The ideal candidate will have A minimum Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA, TAQA, D32, A1, V1). A Teaching qualification (AET, PTTLS, etc.). Level 3 in Safeguarding and relevant occupational experience. Proven experience in delivering outstanding teaching and learning. Experience in managing a diverse caseload of learners. A solid understanding of End‑Point Assessment (EPA). Access to a car and the ability to travel for in‑person 1:1s, and team meetings.
