WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

This full-time, in‑office opportunity offers stability, professional growth, and a competitive pay rate of $18 – $20 per hour. We also offer great benefits, such as: Health insurance (with a family option) Dental Vision Life Paid holidays Paid vacation 401(k) plan Take‑home vehicle You will work onsite in Angleton, TX, from Monday through Friday. Your regular work hours will be either 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, giving you a consistent and predictable workweek.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As a Finance and Accounting Specialist, you will process and maintain accurate financial records daily. You will prepare, review, and organize accounting documents and reports to ensure accuracy and order. Each day, you will reconcile accounts and research any discrepancies that arise, guaranteeing that all records are up‑to‑date and correct. Your responsibilities will include communicating professionally with customers, vendors, and team members, supporting the company's operations. You will assist with critical month‑end and year‑end accounting activities, playing a key role in the company's financial operations.

FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

Relevant accounting or office experience Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Associate's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred)
