Compensation: $2284 - $2752 | Shift: 3x12 Nights

Become a part of our healthcare partner's vibrant team and contribute positively to the lives of families. In the role of a Labor & Delivery nurse, you will provide outstanding care to mothers and their infants within a nurturing and collaborative setting.

• Deliver comprehensive care throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, including vital signs and fetal heart rates
• Administer medications and infusions such as magnesium, insulin, and pitocin
• Work alongside the healthcare team to create and execute personalized care plans
• Educate and support patients and their families during the birthing experience
• Be prepared to float across various campuses as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant setting
• Experience in Postpartum, Mother-Baby, and Labor & Delivery care
• Proficient in both C-section and vaginal delivery, including triage experience
• Intermediate or Advanced EFM / AWHONN certification required
• Active RN license in Iowa or a compact/multistate license
• BLS certification from AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/American Red Cross
• ACLS certification from AHA/American Heart Association
• NRP certification
• Completion of at least one travel assignment in the last 12 months
