Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, bone, and portion various cuts of beef, pork, poultry, and other meats.

• Operate saws, grinders, slicers, and other commercial meat-processing equipment safely.

• Maintain clean work areas and strictly adhere to food safety and sanitation standards.

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced, cold environment.

• Cortar, deshuesar, perfilar y porcionar diferentes cortes de res, cerdo, ave y otras carnes.

• Operar sierras, molinos, rebanadoras y otros equipos comerciales de procesamiento con seguridad.

• Mantener las áreas de trabajo limpias y cumplir estrictamente con las normas de higiene y seguridad alimentaria.

• Trabajar de manera eficiente en un entorno frío y de ritmo rápido.
