Schedule

• 12-hour Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Rotating Schedule: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
• Full-time, consistent hours

Production Line Laborer Responsibilities


As a Production Line Laborer , you'll play an important role in keeping our manufacturing operation running efficiently. Daily responsibilities include:

• Monitor and inspect the production line to ensure smooth operation
• Remove materials from the production line as needed
• Build, stack, and organize pallets
• Package finished products for shipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures
• Perform general production, warehouse, and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No manufacturing or production experience required-paid training provided
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout a 12-hour shift
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
