LMSW Educators Wanted: Teach and Build LCSW Hours At Believe In Me, LMSWs work in an educational, developmental role supporting toddlers and families through play‑based learning and daily routines. This is not psychotherapy or counseling, and we provide clinical supervision toward your LCSW hours. What You'll Be Doing Teaching and supporting toddler development through play‑based activities (e.g., Mr. Potato Head, puzzles, puppets, pretend kitchen, sensory play, songs, stories, etc.) Modeling and reinforcing daily routines (transitions, mealtime, cleanup, play skills) Supporting social‑emotional growth through structure, consistency, and relationship Observing developmental progress and planning age‑appropriate learning experiences Coaching caregivers on routines, play strategies, and developmental support Collaborating with a supportive, mission‑driven team Ideal Candidate Want to earn LCSW clinical hours while working in early childhood Prefer teaching, coaching, and developmental work over psychotherapy Believe play is powerful—and essential Enjoy being hands‑on, creative, and active Are nurturing, patient, and child‑centered Why Believe In Me Clinical supervision provided toward LCSW licensure Play‑based, routine‑focused educational model Supportive, values‑driven team Meaningful work with visible impact on children and families In person / home based / Part time.
