- Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention, referrals, and growth
- Conduct policy reviews and identify gaps, discounts, and coverage opportunities
- Recommend, explain, quote, and sell insurance products to warm leads and cold prospects
- Resolve customer questions and escalated/complex service issues with ownership and follow-through
- Proactively follow up on quotes, renewals, and service opportunities to hit activity and sales goals
- Track results and progress toward goals (quotes, closes, retention, follow-up cadence)
- Support local marketing/community efforts that build visibility and trust
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles (insurance/financial services is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to build rapport quickly
- Goal-oriented with consistent follow-through and comfort in consultative sales conversations
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple customer needs in a fast-paced setting
- Team-first attitude with a strong work ethic
- Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one within a specified timeframe
- Interest in leadership development is a plus (especially for Aspirant-track candidates)
