Work Environment\nThis role will primarily be conducted in a telehealth setting, allowing counselors to connect with clients from the comfort of their own homes. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of your clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques. \n
- Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations of mental health statuses to develop personalized treatment plans, leveraging tools such as diagnostic interviews and symptom checklists. \n
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring all documentation reflects clinical progress and treatment adjustments. \n
- Provide ongoing support and counseling for clients dealing with mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. \n
- Participate actively in staff meetings, utilizing feedback to enhance your practice while contributing positively to our team culture. \n
- Utilize telehealth technologies effectively to engage clients, providing a safe and confidential environment for therapy. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive mental health services. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population from various backgrounds and life experiences. You will encounter individuals struggling with mental health issues ranging from situational stressors to chronic conditions, as well as those facing challenges related to substance use. Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required. \n
- An active and valid state license as an LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or a related mental health certification. \n
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic methodologies. \n
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with clients. \n
- A strong commitment to ongoing professional development and learning in the mental health field. \n

- Experience with telehealth practices and virtual counseling platforms. \n
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). \n
- Familiarity with trauma-informed care principles and practices. \n
