Director of Clinical Operations

Healthcare Services Group, headquartered in Bensalem, PA, is seeking a Director of Clinical Operations to lead clinical support across housekeeping, laundry, dining, and nutritional services in partner healthcare facilities nationwide. In this role, you will oversee clinical standards, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient care and service delivery. You will collaborate with facility leadership to optimize workflows, analyze performance data, manage budgets, and implement best practices. The Director will mentor cross-functional teams, champion a culture of safety, integrity, and continuous learning, and support strategic initiatives that expand services and strengthen client relationships.
