Join Team Select Home Care as a Registered Nurse (RN) delivering compassionate one‑on‑one care to medically complex children and adults in their homes. What You’ll Do Care for medically complex patients, primarily children, in their homes. Provide personalized nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients with complex needs. Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, and other team members. Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed. Educate and support families in in‑home care techniques. Document visits and care notes in EMR. Collaborate with clinical supervisor and participate in case conferences. Act as a trusted part of a long‑term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity. What You Bring Active RN license in the state. CPR certification. Clinical experience preferred; new graduates welcome. Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills. Love for patient‑centered care in a home environment. Confidence, compassion, and calm presence. Schedule Part‑time, full‑time, PRN opportunities with flexible hours, including days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and on‑call duty.
