Machine operator 2nd shift :
Hours : 215PM - 1245AM
Monday- Thursday
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and start production and packaging machines according to operating procedures.
- Load raw materials and packaging materials into the equipment.
- Monitor machine operation, production flow, speed, temperature, and other operating settings.
- Make routine adjustments to maintain consistent production and product quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects, correct labeling, proper packaging, and quality requirements.
- Stop, reset, or clear machines when jams or minor operating problems occur.
- Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with machine changeovers and product changeovers.
- Record production quantities, rejected products, downtime, and machine issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, quality standards, and production instructions.
- Report equipment faults, safety concerns, and quality issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
- Work effectively with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams.
