Hours per Shift: 4/10s, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM with flexibility to 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Experience: 2 years of general OR experience required
License: WA license required
Certifications: BLS and COVID Vaccine required
Must-Have: General OR experience, ability to float to Same Day Surgery OR or Main OR
Description: COVID vaccine is required. This facility has 9 suites. On average, there are 30 cases a day. Charge nurse and house supervisor are available. Surgeons are in-house. On-call support is available when surgeons are not in-house for specific specialties. Anesthesia and trauma care are provided 24/7. Floating to the Main OR is required. 2-3 on-call instances are expected in a 6-week schedule. Response times for calls are 20 minutes for trauma cases and 30 minutes for non-trauma cases. Scrub color and dress code are provided. The orientation for the unit is approximately 2 weeks. The charting system used is EPIC. No BSN is required. This position is in an acute care setting.
