House Supervisor Position Summary (M-F) 2‑hour shifts 7 a.m.–p.m., plus 1 8‑hour shift 7 a.m.–3 p.m. The House Supervisor assumes responsibility for complete facility operations during the assigned shift, supervising nursing and clinical staff and ensuring patient care is provided accurately and promptly. This position has responsibility for the supervision of care of all patients. Qualifications Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Associate’s Degree required. Current license to practice nursing in Arkansas (or eligible to receive or renew). Current CPR or BLS certification. Ability to work harmoniously and effectively with patients, families, visitors, and staff. Must be able to work as a team with all staff/coworkers and maintain the ability to treat all patients with respect. Preferred: one year of experience in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
